Use this method to use This input step is used to extract data from a Yellowfin report as the source of data. This method accepts 2two-dimensional reports, but not multi-dimensional ones.

1. Click on the Input Steps button on the left side of the Transformation Flow builder, to view extend a panel will all the input steps.
2. Extend the input steps panel and drag the Drag the Report input step onto the transformation canvas.
   
   
   
   
3. Search for the report that you want to extract data from, by entering and then clicking on its name.
   
   
   
   
4. Once a report is selected, its column field names will be displayed.
   
   
   
   
5. Click on the Add Report button.
6. The report fields can be customized in the Configure panel.
   
   
   
   
7. You can remove fields that you don’t want included.
8. If the report has any embedded user-prompt filters, they will also appear here. You can apply these filters when extracting data.
9. Then click Apply. You can see the extracted data from the report in the data preview panel.
